GROUPS AND EVENTS

Group information

Beachside Counseling and Wellness is founded on the principle of sharing: Sharing information, resources, triumphs and challenges fosters an environment of collaboration in which everyone benefits.

Group treatment provides the opportunity to share with others experiencing similar circumstances, to learn from their wisdom and failures and to experience support as you navigate your particular journey towards healing.

BeWell Counseling and Wellness offers groups on Eating Disorders, Divorce Recovery, Anxiety and Stress Management and other important topics. Groups are limited in size to promote open discussion in a confidential setting, are facilitated by behavioral health professionals, and are offered several times throughout the year. Groups vary in duration and format, so please refer to the following descriptions for more information. For a current schedule, please call our offices at 321-327-3793. Pre-registration is required.
