Virginia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She enjoys helping clients address trauma (including chronic and acute PTSD), attachment disorders, anxiety, depression, difficulty with anger management, and family relationships (especially couples and parent-child). Virginia has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in various settings, including residential treatment, inpatient care, and outpatient. Her goal is to offer a safe, compassionate, attuned space in which her clients are able to heal, grow, and thrive. Virginia’s approach to counseling incorporates techniques and theories based in mindfulness (ACT and DBT), somatic experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Virginia is also trained
in Brainspotting phases 1 and 2.
