Karen Drack, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern #IMH17963

Karen works with adult clients in a supportive relationship. She engages in discussions to increase self-esteem, improve coping skills and help develop your ability to create more appropriate boundaries.

Karen Drack, RMHCI

Karen believes that through the trusting and empathetic relationship with a counselor, a person will be able to recognize the desire to create improvements in their life.  Her goal is to assist clients in building on their successes and look for opportunities to grow.  She enjoys working with adults who are struggling with relationship and parenting issues, feeling depressed or anxious, or have experienced trauma.  She employs techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-based practices.

She is accepting clients at Beachside Counseling and Wellness, LLC., under the supervision of Lucy S. Lauer, LMHC. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, she offers her services at reduced rates, making therapy affordable for most individuals.
