Dr. Jennifer Scott attended Clemson University’s Honors College from 1991- 1995, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She was accepted to medical school as a sophomore in college at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) as part of the Early Assurance Program. She attended medical school at MUSC from 1995- 1999 and was drawn to psychiatry. In addition to her medical school training, she worked at MUSC as part of a psychiatry coalition team and worked assisting her mentor, Dr. Eve Spratt, with a grant proposal. Dr. Scott was a psychiatry resident at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey from 1999- 2002 and was a Chief Resident during her fourth year of residency. She relocated to Brevard County in 2004 and has a part- time private practice at Beachside Wellness. Dr. Scott enjoys a team approach to mental health and enjoys working with therapists and other physicians to help her clients achieve improved wellness.

Dr. Jennifer Scott is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a wide variety of clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, and life transition issues. She takes an integrative medicine approach to offer guidance for improved overall health and mental well-being. GeneSight testing is available at our office to assist with medication choices. Although Dr. Scott does not accept insurance, clients often collect reimbursement from their insurance companies as part of their out- of- network benefits. Her practice is limited to patients 21- years- old and older.
